The water of Salvetat comes from a natural park in Haut-Languedoc.
It has been filtered for decades through the contact with the crystalline rocks. The water appears to be naturally sparkling in the village of La Salvetat-sur-Agoût.
For even more bubbles, the small natural bubbles of La Salvetat have been reinforced with carbon dioxide.
Due to its low level of sodium (0,005 g/l), the water of La Salvetat is one of the least salted waters on the market.
