Working with Bruneau e-procurement
With your own e-procurement system it is easy to connect to the Bruneau system. This is possible with all current procurement systems. Connecting with your own system can be done in different ways. Some examples are:
1. Punch-out (dynamic catalog)
The punch out is a dynamic catalog that allows you to connect between your buyers and our website via an ERP (enterprise resource planning, such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics...) or a marketplace (market place).
You access Bruneau.be directly from your ERP with your negotiated contractual terms (price, delivery costs, etc.) and your purchase requests are forwarded to your own validation environment and then forwarded to Bruneau by email or through the ERP.

2. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
With EDI, or Electronic Data Interchange, orders are exchanged fully automatically between your company and Bruneau in a standardized digital format. This system significantly simplifies administrative processes. In addition to the orders, other transactional documents (your order confirmation, packing note and invoice) are also automatically generated and sent.
Implementing EDI offers several advantages. One of the most important is the extensive automation that the system enables. By eliminating manual input and the associated risk of error, the speed and accuracy of data exchange are significantly improved. This leads to faster order turnaround times and more efficient handling of administrative tasks.

3. Bruneau partner: a customized approval process
As the purchasing manager, you have complete control over orders and who places them. You determine when an order can be placed and under what conditions.
For example: Orders from your employees up to 250 € can proceed without your approval. For orders over 250 €, you can set them to be validated only after your approval. You will receive a real-time email alert when an order is waiting for approval. This way you do not have to collect everything separately and you can easily keep an overview.
