Description and features
Stackable Chair for nursery schools. Made with a base in cylindrical steel tube, diam. 28 x 1.5mm. cold bent and continuously welded. Two reinforcing crossbars in steel are placed under the seat. The geometry of the canonical type metal base is very strong thanks to the section of the tubes used and the reinforcements positioned under the seat as well as the alternating double welds for the assembly of the rear legs. Wrap-around, non-tearable and non-slip tips designed to increase the chair's grip on the ground and reduce noise during handling are applied to the base of each leg. Cold bending, continuous wire welding, oven painting with epoxy powders applied after degreasing and phosphating pretreatment in a thermal tunnel give the 5030 Design chair structure robustness and reliability. The seats and backrests, in 7mm thick beech plywood, with natural varnish finish, non-toxic and environmentally friendly acrylic base, are anatomically curved to offer ergonomic and comfortable sitting posture; they are attached to the chair structure using lightweight alloy expansion rivets. The structure's design in no way compromises the stability of the chair but preserves the correct anthropometric values and functionality.
