The butter shortbread is the flagship biscuit. Golden and crunchy, adorned with pretty lozenges, it is prepared according to a secret family recipe dating back to the 19th century. Since 2006, the "Lukke" has held the official label of Regional Product of Westhoek, awarded by VLAM.
